MAE Phase I

The Museum of the American Educator (MAE) project is located across the street from The White House at 1501 Pennsylvania Avenue. The historical building was built in the 1930s and served as an office space before the start of the renovation phase. Hardesty’s scope included structural repairs and alterations including, but not limited to: grade beams, SOG replacement, framed impact walls/slabs, shearwall system, and column jackets.
