1900 Half St., Washington, DC

1900 Half St is a major redevelopment project for a new residential building in Southwest DC, on the banks of the Anacostia River. Hardesty’s scope consisted of miscellaneous enhancements throughout the 9 stories, 2 parking levels, and site. Some major work items included: new PH pool deck, column capital strengthening, framed balconies, Riverwalk piers/walls, plinths, bio-retention walls, site steps/ramp, a new elevator pit, and slab infills throughout the building.
