Vienna Market

The Vienna Market project located at 245 Maple Avenue is a new structure incorporating one level of underground parking garage with first floor retail and topped by townhouses with their own garages. The approximately 2400 cubic yard project which consisted of typical footings, walls, and slabs on grade, was anything but typical at the mild reinforced framed deck levels with multiple elevation changes and depressions.
