Flint Hill

The Flint Hill project adds administrative offices and classrooms to the current upper school campus. The new middle school building consists of a basement plus two stories of composite decks. Hardesty did extensive concrete work both for the new building and the project site including footings, foundation walls, retaining walls, slab on grade, stairs on grade, and slabs on metal decks. Our scope also covered architectural items such as concrete bleachers for a football field and signage walls with board formed finishes.
