This Capitol Hill building, located at Pennsylvania Ave. and 11th Street SE, replaces the Historic Frager’s Hardware store damaged by a fire several years ago. The building’s character was maintained by salvaging the facades and incorporating them into the new structure—a 5,400-cy concrete frame building consisting of four residential floors over an underground parking garage and first floor retail.
